中国海洋经济效率的时空演化特征及影响因素分析OA

Enhancing marine economic efficiency is a crucial pathway for promoting the high-quality development of the marine economy.This study employs the Super-efficiency SBM model,Standard Deviation Ellipse,Dagum Gini Coefficient,Interpretive Structural Model(ISM),and MICMAC analysis to examine the spatio-temporal evolution,regional disparities,and influencing factors of marine economic efficiency across 11 coastal provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2006 to 2019.The findings reveal that marine economic efficiency has steadily improved,with regional gaps significantly narrowing.The spatial pattern shows a shifting trend from the southwest to the northeast,accompanied by a weakened directional orientation and a stable distribution structure.Overall regional disparities have gradually decreased,with inter-regional differences being the primary source of variation,while intra-regional differences exhibit a pattern of"higher in the north and lower in the south".The scale of employees in marine research institutions and the standard container throughput of coastal ports are the main factors affecting the efficiency of marine economy.It is recommended that coastal provinces and cities formulate differentiated development strategies,optimize the spatial layout of the marine economy,and strengthen regional collaborative governance to foster overall improvement and balanced development of marine economic efficiency.
