数字经济与绿色金融耦合协调对中国海洋渔业碳排放的影响研究OA
Research on the impact of coupling coordination of digital economy and green finance on carbon emissions from China's marine fisheries
在"双碳"战略和海洋经济高质量发展的背景下,数字经济与绿色金融已成为推动海洋渔业碳减排的重要手段.本文基于2011-2023年中国沿海11省份(不包括港澳台地区)的面板数据,系统分析数字经济与绿色金融耦合协调对海洋渔业碳排放的影响及作用机制.研究发现,二者耦合协调对海洋渔业碳排放有显著的倒"U"型影响.异质性分析表明,二者耦合协调对海洋渔业碳排放的影响仅在北部和南部区域显著,且北部较南部更早出现碳减排拐点.机制检验表明,二者耦合协调通过影响渔业产业结构升级和渔业贸易开放水平进而导致海洋渔业碳排放先增后减.最后,基于上述研究结论为加快推进海洋渔业低碳转型提供相关建议.
Under the background of"dual-carbon"strategy and high-quality development of marine economy,digital economy and green finance have become important forces to promote carbon emission reduction in marine fisheries.This paper systematically analyzes the impact and mechanism of coupling coordination of digital economy and green finance on carbon emission from marine fisheries based on the panel data of 11 coastal provinces(cities)in China from 2011 to 2023.The findings are that the coupling coordination between the two has a significant inverted"U"shape effect on the carbon emission of marine fisheries.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the impact of coupling coordination on marine fisheries carbon emissions is only significant in the northern and southern regions,and the carbon reduction inflection point occurs earlier in the north than in the south.The mechanism test shows that the coupling coordination of the two fisheries industries affects the upgrading of the fishery industry structure and the openness of fishery trade,which leads to an increase in carbon emissions from marine fisheries before a decrease.Finally,based on the above findings,relevant policy recommendations are provided to accelerate the low-carbon transformation of marine fisheries.
