基于LDA主题模型的新时代我国捕捞业政策文本分析OA

As a vital component of China's marine economy,the high-quality development of the marine fishing industry holds significant importance in ensuring national food security and high-quality protein supply,increasing fishermen's income,promoting rural revitalization,maintaining social stability in coastal fishing communities,and preserving traditional fishing culture.Based on the policy instrument theory framework,this study employs Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)topic modeling to conduct a quantitative analysis of national-level marine fishing policy documents promulgated since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The results reveal five core characteristics of China's marine fishing policies,leading to recommendations for strengthening demand-side incentives,improving policy coordination effectiveness,and enhancing livelihood safeguards and stakeholder participation.Future research could expand the scope of policy sources and incorporate implementation data to further enrich the analytical dimensions.
