Symptoms such as vertigo and balance disorders caused by vestibular dysfunction significantly impair patients'quality of life and impose a substantial burden on healthcare systems.Vestibular rehabilitation,as an evidence-based therapeutic approach,facilitates central compensation and neuroplasticity through targeted training,and has emerged as a core intervention for improving balance function and alleviating symptoms.This article systematically reviews the theoretical foundations,traditional treatment modalities,emerging technological applications,and clinical progress in vestibular rehabilitation.It also discusses current challenges in clinical application and future development directions,aiming to provide references for the standardized implementation and innovative development of vestibular rehabilitation.
