中西医结合治疗眩晕研究新进展OA

Vertigo is a highly prevalent and common clinical symptom with complex etiologies involving multiple disciplines,making it difficult for a single diagnostic and treatment model to meet clinical needs.In recent years,the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment system has been continuously improved,forming a whole-course management model characterized by Western medicine disease identification,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,staged and typed treatment,and emphasis on vestibular rehabilitation.Based on the latest research achievements of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for vertigo and referring to relevant guidelines and consensus,this review systematically summarizes the research progress from the perspectives of diagnosis and treatment paradigm,drug synergy,non-pharmacological innovation,standardized evidence-based practice,existing challenges and future research directions.It aims to provide references for standardized and individualized clinical diagnosis and treatment,and promote the development of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of vertigo toward greater standardization.
