点阵二氧化碳激光联合曲安奈德治疗面部痤疮后瘢痕的疗效及对皮肤屏障功能的影响OA

Objective The curative effect of dot matrix CO2 laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide on facial scar after acne and its influence on skin barrier function were discussed.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with facial scar after acne treated in Bengbu Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2025 were analyzed retrospectively.Patients were divided into two groups(50 cases each)based on treatment method.The control group received conventional drug treatment(triamcinolone),while the observation group received combined treatment with fractional CO2 laser.The therapeutic effects,scores from the Acne Scar Clinical Assessment(ECCA),Acne Grading System(GAGS),skin barrier function,and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Post-treatment ECCA and GAGS scores in both groups were lower than pre-treatment scores,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Post-treatment stratum corneum water content in both groups was higher than pre-treatment levels,while transepidermal water loss,facial sebum content,and skin pH were lower than pre-treatment levels.However,the observation group had higher/lower values for these indicators than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fractional CO2 laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide is highly effective in treating post-acne facial scars.It not only reduces scar severity but also promotes recovery of skin barrier function without increasing adverse reactions,thus having high clinical application value.
