目的 观察面部外伤患者行美容缝合术后早期联合应用点阵二氧化碳激光、祛疤贴对瘢痕的改善效果.方法 选取2023年6月至2026年5月德驭医疗马鞍山总医院接受面部外伤行美容缝合术后早期联合激光治疗的43例患者,根据干预措施不同,随机分组:A组(激光组,21例)拆线后2周行去红激光及点阵二氧化碳激光治疗,治疗后局部外涂曲安奈德;B组(联合组,22例)拆线后2周行DPL去红激光及点阵二氧化碳激光治疗,治疗后局部外涂曲安奈德,联合使用祛疤贴.治疗6个月左右,通过照片及随防,记录患者满意度.结果 治疗6个月后,B组(联合组)患者满意度(90.90%)高于A组(激光组)(61.90%)(P<0.05).结论 美容缝合术后早期联合应用点阵二氧化碳激光、祛疤贴可以在一定程度上改善面部外伤术后瘢痕外观,达到社交无痕.

Objective To observe the effect of early combined application of dot-matrix CO2 laser and scar-removing patch on facial trauma patients after cosmetic suture.Methods From June 2023 to May 2026,43 patients with facial trauma in Ma'anshan General Hospital of Deyu Medical were randomly divided into two groups according to different intervention measures:group A(laser group,21 cases)were treated with DPL and lattice CO2 laser 2 weeks after suture removal,and triamcinolone acetonide was applied locally after treatment;Group B(combined group,22 cases)was treated with DPL reddening laser and dot-matrix CO2 laser 2 weeks after suture removal.After treatment,triamcinolone acetonide was applied locally and quba patch was used in combination.After treatment for about 6 months,patients'satisfaction was recorded through photos and follow-up.Results After 6 months of treatment,the satisfaction of patients in group B(combined group)was higher than that in group A(laser group)(90.90%,61.90%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Early application of dot-matrix CO2 laser and scar-removing patch after cosmetic suture can improve the appearance of scar after facial trauma to some extent,and achieve social seamless.
