耳穴埋针联合支持性心理治疗对伴躯体变形障碍的玫瑰痤疮患者心理状态及生活质量的影响OA

Objective To observe the improvement of auricular acupoint embedding combined with supportive psychological intervention on the psychological state and quality of life in patients with rosacea.Methods This study screened 45 patients who visited the dermatology outpatient clinic of Mindong Hospital affiliated with Fujian Medical University from July 2021 to December 2022,meeting the diagnostic criteria for both rosacea and body dysmorphic disorder.They were divided into an observation group(n=23)and a control group(n=22)according to the order of their visits.The observation period was 4 weeks.Assessments were conducted at Week 0(baseline)and Week 4 using the self rating scale of body image(SRSBI),dermatology life quality index(DLQI),and VISIA red area score.Both groups received conventional treatment(including oral/topical medication and physical therapy)and supportive psychological intervention.The observation group additionally received auricular acupoint embedding once a week for 4 weeks,on top of the control group's regimen.Data from both groups were subjected to statistical analysis.Results There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)between the observation and control groups in SRSBI score,DLQI score,and VISIA red area score at the end of the treatment period.Conclusion Auricular acupoint embedding combined with supportive psychological intervention can improve the psychological state and quality of life in patients with rosacea.This approach demonstrates high patient acceptance and compliance,indicating certain clinical significance.
