二氧化碳点阵激光联合富血小板血浆及皮下分离术治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效与美容效果评价OA

Objective To explore the efficacy and value of carbon dioxide dot matrix laser combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)and subcutaneous separation in the treatment of acne scars.Methods A total of 150 patients with acne scars treated at Sanming Skin Disease Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were included and divided into two groups according to different treatment plans.The control group(75 cases)received carbon dioxide dot matrix laser plus subcutaneous separation,while the observation group(75 cases)received carbon dioxide dot matrix laser combined with PRP and subcutaneous separation.The treatment effects,scar severity,scar depression depth,cosmetic outcomes,and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the observation group had lower Vancouver Scar Scale scores and higher Stony Brook Scar Evaluation Scale scores(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the observation group had smaller scar depression depth(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the observation group had lower ECCA scores and melanin indices(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the regimen without PRP,carbon dioxide dot matrix laser combined with PRP and subcutaneous separation for the treatment of acne scars has more advantages in improving treatment efficacy,reducing scar severity and depression depth,and optimizing cosmetic outcomes.
