上睑提肌缩短术与额肌瓣悬吊术治疗上睑下垂的有效性及安全性分析OA

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of shortening operation of musculus levator palpebrae superioris and frontalis muscular flap suspension in the treatment of ptosis.Methods Retrospectively selecting clinical data of 90 patients with upper eyelid ptosis admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Puyang City from September 2021 to August 2025,they were divided into a shortening group(shortening operation of musculus levator palpebrae superioris surgery,45 cases)and a suspension group(frontal muscle flap suspension surgery,45 cases)according to different surgical methods.The clinical efficacy,cosmetic effect(eyelid height,eyelid curvature),and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the shortening group(95.56%)was higher than that in the suspension group(82.22%)(P<0.05).After operation,the eyelid height and eyelid radian scores in the shortening group were higher than those in the suspension group(both P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the shortening group(6.67%)was lower than that in the suspension group(22.22%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with frontalis muscular flap suspension,shortening operation of musculus levator palpebrae superioris has higher therapeutic efficacy and safety in the treatment of patients with ptosis,which can significantly improve the cosmetic effect and reduce postoperative adverse reactions.
