一体化设计三叶瓣法在小阴唇-阴蒂包皮复合整形术中的应用体会OA

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of the integrated three-lobed flap technique in plastic repair for combined hyperplasia of the labia minora and clitoral prepuce.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 57 patients with labia minora hypertrophy complicated with redundant clitoral prepuce admitted to Zhangye People's Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University from April 2023 to December 2025.The integrated three-lobed flap technique proposed by Plastic Surgery Hospital,Peking Union Medical College,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences was adopted,and layered precise suturing was implemented in light of intraoperative anatomical features.All patients were followed up for 3 months postoperatively.The Female Genital Self-Image Scale(FGSIS)was adopted to evaluate patient satisfaction,and complications and cosmetic outcomes were recorded.Results All 57 operations were completed successfully.The mean operative time was(72.5±15.2)minutes,and the mean intraoperative blood loss was(4.8±2.1)ml.Minor local hematoma occurred in 2 cases and slight incision dehiscence in 1 case after surgery,Mild infection occurred in 1 case;all were cured with conservative treatment.No infection or tissue necrosis was observed.Three months after surgery,the FGSIS score increased from(13.6±2.8)points preoperatively to(25.1±2.3)points(P<0.001),with an overall satisfaction rate of 95.0%.Conclusion The integrated three-lobed flap technique can effectively correct combined hyperplasia deformities,preserve physiological functions while achieving aesthetic reconstruction.With standardized procedures and high safety,it is worthy of promotion in primary hospitals.
