面部脂肪填充术联合面部除皱术在面部年轻化治疗中的临床及美学效果分析OA

Objective Facial rejuvenation procedures aim to restore youthful contours and soft-tissue harmony.This investigation sought to elucidate the therapeutic and esthetic performance of combining facial fat grafting with rhytidectomy in patients undergoing facial rejuvenation.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing facial rejuvenation treatments at Jinshui Zhengmei Medical Aesthetic Clinic from April 2023 to February 2025 were prospectively enrolled and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using the sealed-envelope method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group underwent facial rhytidectomy,while the observation group received facial fat grafting in addition to the control group's procedure.Quantitative facial indicators,cosmetic outcomes,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results The observation cohort demonstrated a significantly greater bilateral zygomatic point distance,accompanied by reduced pupil-to-lip distance and ABC curvature values(all P<0.05).At one and three months following surgery,both cohorts exhibited marked reductions in global aesthetic improvement scale(GAIS)and wrinkle severity rating scale(WSRS)scores relative to baseline;however,the extent of improvement was more pronounced in the observation cohort(all P<0.05).No statistically meaningful difference was identified between the two cohorts with respect to postoperative complication rates(P>0.05).Conclusion Incorporation of facial fat grafting into standard rhytidectomy protocols yields superior enhancement of facial morphology and aesthetic satisfaction in facial rejuvenation patients,without compromising procedural safety.
