功能性多糖的特性及其在猪生产中的应用OA

With the prohibition of the production and use of antibiotic growth promoters in animal feed and the advancement of green livestock production,the development of safe and effective functional feed additives has become an important research focus in swine production.As naturally occurring bioactive substances,functional polysaccharides have demonstrated multiple beneficial effects in pigs,including improving intestinal health,modulating immune function,alleviating inflammation and oxidative stress,and promoting growth performance.This review summarizes the major sources,extraction and processing methods,structural characteristics,functional differences,and application effects of functional polysaccharides in swine production.It aims to provide a reference for the rational application of functional polysaccharide-based feed additives in healthy and sustainable pig production.
