猪人工授精(Artificial Insemination,AI)技术历经近百年发展,从传统宫颈输精逐步革新为深部输精,有效降低了精子使用剂量,显著提升了猪场繁殖效率.精子在母猪体内的运行、存活和受精能力受运输动力、生理屏障、输卵管微环境等多种因素调控,不同精液类型与深部输精技术结合也会影响授精效果.本文系统阐述猪人工授精技术的发展历程、精子在母猪体内的运行存活机制、深部输精技术进展、不同精液类型低剂量授精效果,并探讨现存问题与未来研究方向,以期为人工授精技术的发展提供参考.

Artificial insemination(AI)in pigs has undergone over nearly a century,progressing from traditional cervical insemination to deep insemination,effectively reducing sperm dosage and significantly improving reproductive efficiency in pig farms.The movement,survival,and fertilization capacity of sperm within the sow are regulated by various factors,including transport dynamics,physiological barriers,and the oviduct microenvironment.Different semen types combined with deep insemination techniques also affect insemination outcomes.This article systematically reviews the development history of artificial insemination technology in pigs,the mechanisms of sperm movement and survival within the sow,the advancements in deep insemination technology,the effects of low-dose insemination with different semen types,and discusses existing problems and future research directions,aiming to provide a reference for the development of artificial insemination technology.
