Research Progress on the Molecular Regulatory Mechanisms of Muscle Growth and Fat Deposition in Pigs
近年来,生产力水平提升与生活品质改善使得人们对猪肉的口感、风味和感官提出了新的要求,推动高品质猪肉育种成为产业发展的重点.肌肉生长与脂肪沉积是影响猪肉产量与品质的关键性状,肌肉生长的核心特征为肌纤维增殖与肥大、卫星细胞激活及肌源性调控因子的级联反应,脂肪沉积涉及前脂肪细胞分化、脂质合成与分解的动态调控.肌脂互作通过分泌因子、代谢产物及信号通路形成交互网络,肌肉源性因子抑制脂肪生成,而脂肪分泌的激素反向调控肌肉代谢,二者通过能量分配实现协同与拮抗平衡,猪肌肉生长与脂肪沉积和肌脂互作的相关研究已逐渐成为动物遗传学与分子生物学领域的研究热点.本文主要综述了猪肌肉生长和脂肪沉积的关键调控基因及机制,重点探讨肌脂互作的细胞分子网络与调控路径,以期为猪分子设计育种和肉质性状遗传改良提供理论依据与策略参考.
In recent years,the improvement in productivity levels and living standards has led people to raise new requirements regarding the taste,flavor,and sensory qualities of pork.This has driven the breeding of high-quality pork to become a focal point in the development of the industry.Muscle growth and fat deposition are key traits that influence pork yield and quality.The core characteristics of muscle growth include myofiber proliferation and hypertrophy,activation of satellite cells,and the cascade reactions of myogenic regulatory factors.Fat deposition involves the dynamic regulation of preadipocyte differentiation,lipid synthesis,and breakdown.Muscle-fat interaction forms an interactive network through secreted factors,metabolic products,and signaling pathways.Muscle-derived factors inhibit fat generation,while hormones secreted by fat tissue reciprocally regulate muscle metabolism.Both achieve a balance of synergy and antagonism through energy allocation.Research on pig muscle growth,fat deposition,and muscle-fat interaction has gradually become a research hotspot in the fields of animal genetics and molecular biology.This article mainly reviews the key regulatory genes and mechanisms of pig muscle growth and fat deposition,with a focus on exploring the cellular and molecular networks and regulatory pathways of muscle-fat interaction,aiming to provide theoretical foundations and strategic references for molecular design breeding and genetic improvement of meat quality traits in pigs.
