猪是重要的畜牧动物和模式生物,解析其早期胚胎发育过程对于畜牧动物育种、人类疾病模型的构建具有重大意义.目前,关于猪的早期胚胎胚层分化和器官生成的路径、互作和调控机制的研究尚不完善.本文阐述了猪早期胚胎不同发育节点的关键事件、谱系分化的过程、信号通路的变化,并深入探讨了影响猪早期胚胎发育异质性的潜在因素,为提高哺乳动物繁殖效率及人类生殖健康提供了理论依据.

As both a vital livestock species and a biomedical model organism,pig serve as a critical system for studying early embryonic development.Understanding this process is significant implications for advancing livestock breeding strategies and developing models for human diseases.However,the signaling pathways,molecular interactions,and regulatory mechanisms—including metabolic regulation—underlying porcine early embryogenesis remain incompletely characterized.This review systematically summarizes key developmental events across successive stages of porcine early embryogenesis,encompassing lineage specification dynamics and associated signaling pathway alterations.Furthermore,we critically examine potential factors contributing to developmental asynchrony in pig embryos,offering mechanistic insights that may enhance mammalian reproductive efficiency and inform human reproductive health research.
