早期妊娠诊断是养猪生产中的一项关键技术,对于提高母猪生产性能、优化养殖成本以及提高经济效益具有重要意义.随着养殖精细化管理的推进,更早期的妊娠诊断技术即超早期妊娠诊断(Ultra-early Pregnancy Diagnosis)显得尤为重要.目前,适用于母猪超早期妊娠诊断的方法主要包括唾液结晶分析法、超声波人工智能检测法、妊娠激素检测法、妊娠期蛋白质组学与代谢组学分析以及胎儿游离 DNA 检测法等,但针对这些技术的系统综述仍较为缺乏.本文综述了上述多种超早期妊娠诊断方法的基本原理、准确率及其优缺点,旨在为猪场构建现场快速、无创、可视化的超早期妊娠诊断技术体系提供理论依据与技术支撑.

Early pregnancy diagnosis is a critical technology in pig production,playing a vital role in improving sow reproductive performance,optimizing breeding costs,and enhancing economic efficiency.With the advancement of precision livestock farming,ultra-early pregnancy diagnosis has become increasingly important.Currently,several methods are available for ultra-early pregnancy diagnosis in sows,including salivary crystallization analysis,ultrasound-based artificial intelligence detection,pregnancy hormone assays,proteomic and metabolomic analyses of pregnancy-associated biomarkers,and the detection of cell-free fetal DNA.However,a comprehensive review of these techniques remains lacking.This paper summarizes the principles,accuracy,and advantages and limitations of various ultra-early pregnancy diagnosis methods,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the development of rapid,non-invasive,and visual on-site pregnancy diagnostic systems in pig farms.
