乳腺癌是全球女性中最常见且最具威胁性的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率逐年攀升.尽管目前临床治疗手段多样,术后复发、转移及治疗相关毒副作用等问题仍严重影响着患者的生存质量.针灸作为传统中医疗法,在缓解乳腺癌相关症状方面独具优势,然而其直接抗肿瘤效应及机制仍待深入阐明.在此背景下,梳理并比较理想且稳定的动物模型,对深入研究乳腺癌的发生发展以及探究针刺干预效应尤为关键.本文系统回顾了自发性、诱发性、移植性、转基因及病证结合五类乳腺癌动物模型的构建方法、特点及应用,并梳理了针刺干预在动物模型中的类型选择、针刺参数、选穴规律及效应评价指标,旨在为探究针刺抗乳腺癌作用及机制提供模型参考,为后续基础研究和临床转化奠定实验依据.

Breast cancer is one of the most common and life-threatening malignant tumors among females worldwide,with an increasing annual incidence.Although various treatments are available,issues such as postoperative recurrence,metastasis,and treatment-related side effects continue to significantly impact patient quality of life.As a traditional Chinese therapy,acupuncture offers unique advantages in alleviating breast cancer-related symptoms;however,its direct anti-tumor effects and underlying mechanisms require further clarification.Organizing and comparing ideal and stable animal models are crucial for in-depth research on breast cancer development and progression,as well as for exploring the interventional effects of acupuncture.This article systematically reviews the establishment method,characteristics,and applications of five types of animal models for breast cancer:spontaneous,induced,transplanted,transgenic,and syndrome combination.Types of acupuncture interventions used in animal models,acupuncture parameters,acupoint selection patterns,and evaluation indicators of effects are also summarized.The findings provide a reference for investigating the anti-breast cancer effects and mechanisms of acupuncture,laying an experimental foundation for subsequent research and clinical translation.
