蒙贝利亚×荷斯坦杂交后代与荷斯坦牛重要经济及功能性状比较分析OA
Comparative Analysis of Important Economic and Functional Traits Between Montbéliarde×Holstein Crossbred F1 Cows and Holstein Cows
为了解蒙贝利亚牛与荷斯坦牛的杂交效果,以引进蒙贝利亚牛冻精为父本,与中国荷斯坦牛进行杂交,收集江苏某牧场2021-2024年生产相关数据,采用一般线性模型与Logistic回归,对蒙贝利亚×荷斯坦杂交一代母牛(267头)与荷斯坦牛(519头)的繁殖、泌乳、生长、健康等性状进行比较研究.结果显示,繁殖性状方面,杂一代初产母牛首配日龄、首末次配种间隔、配种次数、初产日龄、妊娠天数、死胎率均显著高于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05);杂一代经产母牛首末次配种间隔、配种次数、产犊间隔、空怀天数、死胎率极显著低于荷斯坦牛(P<0.01),但妊娠天数显著长于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05,281.68d vs 279.05d),首次配种妊娠率(62.15%vs 53.38%)显著高于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05).泌乳性状方面,杂一代母牛乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率、体细胞评分显著高于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05).生长性状方面,杂一代母牛初生重、断奶重显著高于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05).健康性状方面,杂一代生产寿命、杂一代犊牛血清IgG浓度显著优于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05).总的来说,与纯种荷斯坦牛相比,经产母牛繁殖性能、乳成分、犊牛健康指标及生产寿命均表现出显著优势.本研究结果为牧场奶牛杂交育种以及养殖提供了参考依据.
To evaluate the crossbreeding effect between Montbéliarde and Holstein cattle,frozen semen from introduced Montbéliarde bulls was used as the paternal line to crossbreed with Chinese Holstein cows.Production-related data from 2021 to 2024 were collected from a dairy farm in Jiangsu Province.Using general linear models and Logistic regression,a comparative study was conducted on reproductive,lactation,growth,and health traits between Montbéliarde×Holstein crossbred first-generation(F1)cows(n=267)and purebred Holstein cows(n=519).The results showed that,regarding reproductive traits,for heifers,F1 crossbreds had significantly older age at first service,longer interval between first and last service,more services per conception,older age at first calving,longer gestation length,and higher stillbirth rate than Holsteins(P<0.05).For parous cows,F1 crossbreds had a significantly shorter interval between first and last service,fewer services per conception,shorter calving interval,fewer days open,and lower stillbirth rate than Holsteins(P<0.01),but a significantly longer gestation length(P<0.05,281.68 days vs.279.05 days).The first-service conception rate was significantly higher in F1 crossbreds than in Holsteins(62.15%vs.53.38%,P<0.05).Regarding lactation traits,F1 cows had significantly higher milk fat percentage,milk protein percentage,lactose percentage,and somatic cell score than Holsteins(P<0.05),but a significantly lower 305-day milk yield(P<0.05).Regarding growth traits,F1 heifer calves had significantly higher birth weight and weaning weight than Holstein calves(P<0.05).Regarding health traits,postpartum blood ketone levels,productive lifespan in cows,and serum IgG concentration in F1 calves were significantly better than those in their Holstein counterparts(P<0.05).In summary,compared to purebred Holstein cows,F1 parous crossbred cows demonstrated significant advantages in reproductive performance,milk composition,calf health indicators,and productive lifespan.These results provide a reference for dairy farm crossbreeding programs and management practices.
