智慧护理技术驱动下护理福祉人才培养模式的理论框架研究OA

Objective This study aims to explore the pathways for nursing education reform and talent cultivation in the context of digital transformation and population aging.Methods Based on literature review and the application of smart nursing technologies in clinical practice,it analyzed challenges in current nursing educa-tion and employed theoretical construction methods to propose a dual-helix talent cultivation model of"technology empowerment and well-being integration",along with the establishment of a three-dimensional cultivation system of"theory-practice-innovation".Results A novel nursing education framework is constructed to balance smart tech-nology application with humanistic care while integrating a multi-dimensional well-being literacy cultivation system.This framework provides a systematic solution for cultivating smart nursing professionals.Conclusions The pro-posed model and system may offer theoretical references and development paths for adapting nursing education to future healthcare service demands,yet their effectiveness and applicability still require further validation and re-finement through subsequent empirical research.
