安徽省J县基层医疗卫生机构运行绩效评价研究OA

Objective Conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the operational performance of primary healthcare institutions in County J,Anhui Province,providing a scientific basis for the development of pri-mary healthcare institutions in China.Methods A comprehensive evaluation of the operational performance of primary medical and health institutions in County J,Anhui Province from 2022 to 2024 was conducted using the Entropy Weighted TOPSIS method,the RSR method,and a fuzzy hybrid approach combining both.Results In 2024,County J's primary healthcare institutions ranked first in operational performance with a Ci value of 0.7738.The top two weighted indicators were"Proportion of Medical Service Revenue in Total Medical Revenue"(0.1728)and"Annual Per Capita Outpatient Visits"(0.1685).Two institutions(18.18％)were rated"Excel-lent,"while three(27.27％)were rated"Poor,"with most institutions falling into the middle range.Conclu-sions The operational performance of primary healthcare institutions in County J shows an overall upward trend,yet regional disparities and variations in performance metrics persist.Efforts should focus on optimizing revenue structures,stimulating endogenous motivation,and ensuring the sustainable and healthy operation of primary healthcare institutions.
