辅助生殖技术纳入医保政策的优化路径研究OA

This study examined strategies to strengthen medical insurance support for assisted reproductive technology(ART)within the context of building a fertility-friendly society,aiming to promote long-term balanced population development.By reviewing the evolution of ART policies in China and their current inclusion in insur-ance schemes,the study identified key challenges,including limited insurance fund capacity,regional fiscal and policy disparities,delayed coverage of new technologies,and insufficient regulatory oversight.To address these is-sues,the study proposed a set of optimization strategies:establishing a multi-tiered insurance system,enhancing fiscal coordination and regional policy alignment,implementing a scientific project inclusion mechanism,and im-proving supporting regulatory frameworks.
