维生素C、E及其协同作用在肉鸡生产中的应用研究进展OA

Vitamins play a very important role in the metabolism of broiler chickens.A lack of vitamins will affect the synthesis of coenzymes in the body,leading to metabolic disorders,thereby affecting the perfor-mance of health and production in broiler chickens.This article introduces the main functions of vitamin C and vitamin E.The synergistic use of the two is more advantageous,as it can enhance the antioxidant effect,im-prove the immunity of body,and enhance the meat quality.The synergistic application of vitamin C and E in broiler chickens can form an efficient antioxidant cycle,especially for brooding chickens in high-temperature environments.It can effectively increase the daily gain of weight,reduce the feed-to-weight ratio,synergisti-cally reduce the loss of muscle drip,optimize the meat quality,with no interactive side effects.The recom-mended amounts and precautions for adding vitamins C and E in farming broiler chicken are proposed to pro-vide a reference for the rational application of vitamin C and E in farming broiler chicken.
