线粒体作为细胞的"能量工厂",不仅在细胞代谢中起着重要作用,也是细胞内重要的信号枢纽.类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种发病率高、病因复杂的炎症性自身免疫性疾病.线粒体功能受损不仅影响免疫细胞的正常功能,还可能导致多种细胞死亡方式的改变,如细胞凋亡和自噬.RA 患者线粒体功能受损在 RA 病理机制中起着重要作用,恢复线粒体功能可能成为治疗 RA 的一个潜在策略.该文就线粒体功能受损参与 RA 病理进程的分子机制和通过调节线粒体活性发挥治疗作用的药物进行综述,有望为进一步了解 RA 的发病机制及开发治疗 RA 的药物提供新的思路和策略.

Mitochondria,known as the"powerhouse"of the cell,plays a vital role not only in cellular metabolism but also as an important intracellular signaling hub.Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an inflammatory autoimmune disease with high in-cidence and complex etiology.Mitochondrial dysfunction not only impairs the normal function of immune cells but may also lead to alterations in various forms of cell death,such as apoptosis and autophagy.In RA patients,mitochondrial dysfunction plays a sig-nificant role in the pathological mechanisms of the disease,and restoring mitochondrial function may represent a potential thera-peutic strategy for RA.This article reviewed the molecular mechanisms by which mitochondrial dysfunction participates in the pathological process of RA,as well as the drugs that exert therapeutic effects by regulating mitochondrial activity,aiming to pro-vide new insights and strategies for further understanding the pathogenesis of RA and for the development of RA therapeutics.
