胃肠外直接凝血酶抑制剂临床应用专家共识OA

With the continuous development of anticoagulant drugs,parenteral direct thrombin inhibitors(DTIs)for thromboembolic diseases have gradually attracted widespread attention in the medical field.The consensus group aim to formulate clinical recommendations for parenteral DTIs based on evidence-based medical evidence,and further standardize the rational use of parenteral DTIs in the prevention and treatment of thromboembolic diseases in China.According to the guidelines of the World Health Organization,20 clinical questions were selected through literature research and Delphi questionnaire survey.Systematic searches of domestic and foreign databases were conducted and the current best evidence-based evidence was integrated.The quality of evidence was comprehensively evaluated using the recommendation grading assessment,formulation and evaluation system,and recommendations were formed through 3 rounds of Delphi surveys and expert consensus meetings.A total of 19 recommendations were formed in the"Expert Consensus on the Clinical Application of Parenteral Direct Thrombin Inhibitors".The formulation of this consensus promotes the standardized application of parenteral DTIs in China and provides a reference for clinicians and pharmacists to formulate individualized medication plans.
