整合医学理念优化DRG分组入组的思考OA

Holistic integrative medicine aims to create a higher-level medical knowledge system by utilizing existing medical knowledge,including reconstructing the disease classification system and rebuilding a new medical knowledge network.DRG takes the similarity between the diagnosis and treatment process and resource consumption as the grouping principle,and conducts"combined"management and payment for ICD-10 diagnosis and surgical codes.In fact,it is an organic integration of the existing disease classification system,and the two are in perfect alignment.This paper first introduces the implementation and research status of CHS-DRG grouping and enrollment,then summarizes the key problems such as the defect of grouping rules,the limitation of individual characteristics,the deviation from clinical practice and the contradiction of cost and expense,and finally puts forward our thoughts and suggestions for optimizing DRG grouping and enrollment by applying the concepts of holistic integrative medicine such as the holistic view,the integration view,the dimensional elevation thinking and the people-oriented approach.
