智慧医院建设中医护人员信息素养的研究现状OA

With the deepening advancement of smart hospital construction,the need for scientific assessment of healthcare professionals' information literacy has become increasingly prominent.This paper aims to systematically review the current research status of information literacy evaluation among healthcare professionals both domestically and internationally,summarizing the theoretical foundations,main dimensions,research methods,and application limitations of existing evaluation systems.The analysis reveals that existing studies have preliminarily constructed multi-level evaluation frameworks,yet remain insufficient in terms of integration with core smart hospital technologies,breadth of evaluation dimensions,diversity of research methods,and professional specificity.Future research should focus on constructing a dynamic evaluation system that integrates technology,clinical practice,and management,adopting multi-source data assessment methods that combine subjective and objective approaches,and achieving closed-loop linkage between evaluation results and career development,so as to empower healthcare professionals and enhance the quality and safety of medical services.
