This paper focuses on the existing core problems of clinical research data management,and explores the standardized data integration process management strategy based on biological samples and clinical big data platform.By analyzing the current status of data management and combining the characteristics of big data platform,a set of standardized management processes including requirements,data integration attempts,requirements confirmation,multi-level audit,execution and feedback are designed and formed.It has been proved by practice that the process can significantly improve the efficiency of data integration,effectively guarantee the quality of data,and meet the core needs of clinical research for data management by strictly following the ethical norms.In a word,the standardized data integration process based on biological samples and clinical big data platform has obvious advantages in improving efficiency,ensuring quality and adhering to ethics.It is an effective practical scheme and provides reliable data guarantee for clinical scientific research.
