CDC20蛋白在肺腺癌组织中的表达及其与脑转移的关系OA

Objective To analyze the expression of cell division cycle protein 20(CDC20)in lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)tissues and its relationships with brain metastasis and clinicopathological characteristics.Methods Combined with bioinformatics analysis and immunohistochemistry,the differences in tissue expression of CDC20 mRNA,TNM stage expression,interaction with EMT pathway proteins and prognosis were analyzed by UALCAN,GEPIA2,STRING and Kaplan-Meier Plotter platforms.The cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues of 48 patients with LUAD in Yuebei People' s Hospital were taken as the research objects.The expression of CDC20 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry,and its relationship with brain metastasis and TNM staging was analyzed in combination with clinical data.Results The results of bioinformatics analysis and immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of CDC20 mRNA and protein in LUAD tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues(P＜0.05).The high expression of CDC20 was correlated with TNM stage and brain metastasis in LUAD patients(P＜0.05),but not with age,gender and tumor location(P＞0.05),and was positively correlated with TNM stage and brain metastasis(P＜0.05).There was a direct protein interaction between CDC20 and the core molecules of EMT pathway(P＜0.05),and the prognosis of patients with high expression of CDC20 was worse than that of patients with low expression.Conclusion CDC20 is highly expressed in LUAD tissues,and its high expression is closely associated with clinical stage and brain metastasis.
