采用反相高效液相色谱法分析豆薯中鱼藤酮的含量.结果表明:种子中的鱼藤酮含量最高(贵州余庆白色品种可达4.8 wt%),其次为根须、叶和茎;种子与茎中的鱼藤酮含量随成熟度增加而升高,而叶片中的含量则随成熟度增加而降低.可食用的块根未检出,但根须含有,饲用需去须.豆薯的种子、茎及叶可用于提取鱼藤酮,研究结果为豆薯的资源化开发提供了科学依据.

This study used RP-HPLC to determine the rotenone content in Pachyrhizus erosus.The re-sults showed that the seeds had the highest rotenone content,reaching 4.8 wt%in the white variety from Yuqing,Guizhou,followed by fibrous roots,leaves,and stems.The rotenone contents in seeds and stems increased with maturity,whereas that in leaves decreased.No rotenone was detected in the edi-ble tuberous roots.However,rotenone was present in the fibrous roots.Therefore,the fibrous roots should be removed before use as animal feed.The seeds,stems,and leaves of Pachyrhizus erosus can be used for rotenone extraction.This study provides a scientific basis for the resource utilization of Pachyrhizus erosus.
