Studies on the Lignans of Erythrina yunnanensis

对采自云南省屏边苗族自治县的云南刺桐(Erythrina yunnanensis)枝叶进行了化学成分研究.采用正相硅胶色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶、MCI色谱及半制备型HPLC等分离技术,对云南刺桐枝叶进行化学成分分离纯化,最终鉴定得到9个化合物.通过核磁数据分析及相关文献对照,分别鉴定为4'-hydrox-y-3,3',4,5,5'-pentamethoxy-7,9':7',9-diepoxylignane(1),丁香脂素(2),jatrointelignan D(3),落叶松脂醇(4),榕醛(5),3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-1'-allyl-2',6'-dimethoxy-8,4'-oxyneoligna-7,9-diol(6),ω-hydro xyproio-quaiacone(7),松柏醛(8)和香草醛(9).化合物1~6为木脂素类成分,7~9为简单酚性成分.

To study the chemical constituents of the twigs and leaves of Erythrina yunnanensis.The ethyl acetate extraction was isolated and purified by column chromatography over silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,MCI gel,as well as on semi-preparative HPLC.The structures of the obtained compounds were identified through NMR spectral data.nine compounds were isolated and identified to be:4'-hydroxy-3,3',4,5,5'-pentamethoxy-7,9':7',9-diepoxylignane(1),syringaresinol(2),jatrointelignan D(3),lar-iciresinol(4),ficusal(5),3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-1'-allyl-2',6'-dimethoxy-8,4'-oxyneoligna-7,9-diol(6),ω-hydroxyproioquaiacone(7),coniferaldehyde(8)and vanillin(9).
