生物质混配颗粒燃料的试验分析OA

Experimental Analysis of Biomass Pellets from Blended Feedstocks

为推进水稻秸秆和玉米秸秆在生物质颗粒燃料中的规模化应用,采用工业分析、热值分析及TG-DTG热分析技术对水稻秸秆、玉米秸秆和松木废料的单质颗粒及混配颗粒的水分、灰分、挥发分、固定碳、发热量和燃烧特性进行试验研究.结果表明:混配颗粒的发热量介于松木与秸秆之间,热值均衡适中;水稻秸秆颗粒的可燃性最好,松木废料颗粒的综合燃烧特性最好;混配后松木比例高的颗粒综合燃烧特性最好,而水稻比例高的颗粒可燃性最好.综合成本、发热量及燃烧特性,最佳混配比例为松木废料∶玉米秸秆∶水稻秸秆=6∶1∶3(质量比),收到基低位发热量、可燃性指数和综合燃烧特性指数分别为15.42 MJ/kg、47.91×10-5%·min-1·℃-2 和 181.16×10-7%2·min-2·℃-3.

To promote the large-scale utilization of rice and corn straw in biomass pellet fuels,proxi-mate analysis,calorific value measurement,and thermogravimetric-derivative thermogravimetric(TG-DTG)analysis were employed to investigate the moisture,ash,volatile matter,fixed carbon,calorific value,and combustion characteristics of single-component pellets(rice straw,corn straw,and pine wood waste)and their blends.The results indicate that the calorific values of the blended pellets ranged between those of pure pine wood and pure straws,exhibiting moderate and balanced energy density.Specifically,rice straw pellets demonstrated the highest ignitability,while pine wood waste pellets exhibited the best overall combustion performance.Blends with higher pine wood content yiel-ded superior comprehensive combustion characteristics,whereas those with higher rice straw content showed better ignitability.Considering cost,calorific value,and combustion behavior,the optimal blending ratio was determined to be pine wood waste∶corn straw∶rice straw=6∶1∶3 in quality,achie-ving a net calorific value at received basis of 15.42 MJ/kg,a combustibility index(C)of 47.91 × 10-5%·min-1·℃-2,and a comprehensive combustion characteristic index(S)of 181.16 × 1 0-7%2·min-2·℃-3.
