上肢康复机器人辅助训练联合常规康复训练对亚急性期脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的影响OA
Impact of Upper Limb Rehabilitation Robot-Assisted Training Combined with Conventional Rehabilitation Training on Upper Limb Motor Function in Pa-tients with Subacute Stroke Hemiplegia
目的 探讨上肢康复机器人辅助训练联合常规康复训练对亚急性期脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的影响.方法 选取福建中医药大学附属康复医院作业治疗部收治的54例亚急性期脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为两组各27例.对照组接受常规康复训练,实验组在对照组基础上增加上肢康复机器人辅助训练.对比两组治疗前后的Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分量表(FMA-UE)、功能独立性量表(FIM)、Broetz手部功能测试量表(BzH)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分.结果 治疗前,两组的FMA-UE、FIM、BzH、MBI评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组治疗后的FMA-UE、FIM、BzH、MBI评分均较治疗前改善;实验组治疗后的FMA-UE、FIM、BzH、MBI评分分别为(29.83±1.42)分、(80.23±10.54)分、(24.30±2.13)分、(83.67±11.52)分,均高于对照组的(22.29±0.61)分、(69.13±9.55)分、(19.93±2.51)分、(70.22±10.77)分(P<0.05).结论 上肢康复机器人辅助训练联合常规康复训练可显著促进亚急性期脑卒中偏瘫患者的上肢运动功能,有效提高患者的日常生活能力和生活质量,值得临床推广.
Objective To investigate the impact of upper limb rehabilitation robot-assisted training combined with conventional rehabilitation training on upper limb motor function in patients with subacute stroke hemiplegia.Methods A total of 54 patients with subacute stroke hemiplegia admitted to the Department of Occupational Therapy,Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with 27 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation training,while the experimental group received additional upper limb rehabilitation robot-assisted training on the basis of the control group.The Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremity(FMA-UE)scores,Functional Independence Measure(FIM)scores,Broetz Hand Function Test(BzH)scores and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the FMA-UE,FIM,BzH and MBI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FMA-UE,FIM,BzH and MBI scores in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.The post-treatment FMA-UE,FIM,BzH and MBI scores in the experimental group were(29.83±1.42)points,(80.23±10.54)points,(24.30±2.13)points,and(83.67±11.52)points,respectively,significantly higher than(22.29±0.61)points,(69.13±9.55)points,(19.93±2.51)points,and(70.22±10.77)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Upper limb rehabilitation robot-assisted training combined with conventional rehabilitation training can significantly improve the upper limb motor function of patients with subacute stroke hemiplegia,and effectively improve their activities of daily living and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
