基于心理剧的护理干预对重型β-地中海贫血患儿心理行为及生活质量的影响OA
Effect of nursing intervention based on psychodrama for psychological behavior and quality of life in children with severe β-thalassemia
目的 探讨心理剧干预对重型 β-地中海贫血(β-TM)患儿心理行为、生活质量的影响.方法 于 2024 年 2月—9月选择百色市某三甲医院住院输血的120例重型 β-TM 患儿及照顾者,依据随机数字表分为干预组和对照组各60例.对照组实施常规护理并发送科普文章,干预组在此基础上给予心理剧干预.比较两组患儿 Conners 父母用症状问卷及儿童生存质量评价量表得分情况.结果 干预8个月后干预组Conners 父母用症状问卷各维度得分均低于对照组(P<0.05),儿童生存质量评价量表各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对重型 β-TM 患儿实施心理剧干预,可有效改善患儿心理、行为问题,提高患儿生活质量水平.
Objective To explore the effect of psychodrama intervention on psychological behavior and quality of life in children with beta-thalassemia major(β-TM).Methods A total of 120 children with severe β-TM and their caregivers who were hospitalized for blood transfusion in a grade A tertiary hospital in Baise city from February to September 2024 were selected.They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group by random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing and sent popular science articles,while the intervention group were given psychological drama intervention on this basis.The scores of Conners parent symptom questionnaire and pediatric quality of life inventory 4.0 were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 months of intervention,the scores of each dimension of Conners parent symptom questionnaire in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of each dimension of pediatric quality of life inventory 4.0 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Con-clusion Psychodrama intervention for children with severe β-TM can effectively improve their psychological and behavioral problems and enhance their quality of life.
