"腑以通为用"理论下耳穴压豆联合铜砭刮痧防治妇产科腹腔镜术后腹胀的整合护理方案应用效果研究OA

Objective To explore the application value of ear acupoint seed pressing combined with copper needle scraping therapy under"Fu Yi Tong Wei Yong"theory(a TCM theory stating that Fu-organs function through unobstructed transporta-tion)in preventing and treating postoperative abdominal distension in gynecological and obstetric laparoscopic surgery.Meth-ods A total of 65 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of Baise Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2024 to December 2025 were selected as study subjects.Based on different nursing protocols,they were divided into conventional group(32 cases)and observation group(33 cases).The conventional group were given ear acupoint seed pressing care,while the observation group were given copper scraping therapy under the"Fu Yi Tong Wei Yong"theory in addition to ear acupoint seed pressing care.And then,the postoperative abdominal distension,recovery of gastrointestinal function,incidence of adverse reactions and patients'satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the patients who received ear acupoint seed pressing care,the incidence of postoperative abdominal distension in the patients who received ear acupoint seed pressing combined with copper needle scrap-ing care(28.13％vs.9.09％)was lower,and there was statistically significant difference in the distribution of severity(all P<0.05).The first postoperative rectal exhaust time of the patients who received ear acupoint seed pressing combined with copper needle scraping care was significantly earlier than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),the total incidence of post-operative adverse reactions was significantly lower(6.06％vs.25.00％,P=0.044),and the overall nursing satisfaction was also significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated nursing protocol combining ear acupoint seed pressing with copper needle scraping guided by the theory of"Fu Yi Tong Wei Yong"can effectively prevent and treat postoperative abdominal distension after gynecological and obstetric laparoscopic surgery,promote the recovery of gastroin-testinal function,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
