汽轮机低压缸微出力改造技术研究与应用OA
Research and Application of Micro-Output Modification Technology for Steam Turbine Low-Pressure Cylinder
针对320 MW湿冷热电机组面临的提升供热能力与节能降耗的现实需求,同时为解决低压缸零出力改造存在的运行范围受限、颤振风险较高、叶片水蚀隐患等问题,以某电厂4#机组为研究对象,系统阐述低压缸微出力改造的技术原理、系统设计方案、调试验证过程与运行调整策略.通过对抽真空系统进行改造、优化蝶阀控制逻辑及相关参数匹配,实现了机组在超低背压条件下的宽负荷范围稳定运行.调试结果表明,改造后机组最大供热抽汽流量可达620 t/h,最小电负荷降至80 MW,各项运行参数均满足安全要求.该改造技术有效克服了零出力改造的固有缺陷,为同类型机组实现节能提效与灵活供热提供了技术参考.
To address the practical demands for improving heating capacity and energy saving and consumption reduction of a 320 MW wet-cooling combined heat and power unit,while also solv-ing the problems of limited operating range,high flutter risk,and blade water erosion hidden danger existing in the zero-output modification of the low-pressure cylinder,the unit#4 of a power plant was taken as the research object.The technical principle,system design scheme,commissioning and verification process,and operation adjustment strategy of the low-pressure cylinder micro-output modification are systematically described.Through the modification of the vacuum system,optimization of the butterfly valve control logic and related parameter matching,stable operation of the unit under ultra-low back pressure conditions within a wide load range was achieved.The com-missioning results show that after the modification,the maximum heating extraction steam flow of the unit can reach 620 t/h,the minimum electric load is reduced to 80 MW,and all operating pa-rameters meet the safety requirements.This modification technology effectively overcomes the inher-ent defects of zero-output modification and provides a technical reference for similar units to achieve energy saving,efficiency improvement,and flexible heating.
