为探究轧制工艺参数对610 MPa级Nb-Ti强化的汽车大梁钢组织与性能的调控规律,对该材料进行了热轧终轧、卷取温度试验,采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、电子拉伸试验机等检测设备,系统分析了不同终轧温度和卷取温度对该试验钢力学性能、铁素体晶粒尺寸及显微组织的影响.结果表明:试验钢显微组织均由铁素体和珠光体组成;随着卷取温度升高,铁素体晶粒发生长大,形貌由扁长状逐渐向类多边形转变,屈服强度与抗拉强度总体呈上升趋势;降低终轧温度则有利于铁素体晶粒细化.综合考虑强塑匹配性、带状组织控制、热卷板形及工业化生产稳定性,确定880℃终轧和560℃卷取为该钢种的最优热轧工艺.本研究可为610 MPa级系列汽车大梁钢的工业化生产工艺优化提供理论依据与实践参考.

To investigate the regulation rules of rolling process parameters on the microstruc-ture and properties of 610 MPa grade Nb-Ti strengthened automotive frame steel,finishing rolling and coiling temperature tests were carried out on this material.The effects of different finishing roll-ing temperatures and coiling temperatures on the mechanical properties,ferrite grain size,and mi-crostructure of the tested steel were systematically analyzed using metallographic microscopy,scan-ning electron microscopy,and electronic tensile testing machines.The results show that the micro-structure of the tested steel consists of ferrite and pearlite.With the increase of coiling temperature,the ferrite grains grow and the morphology gradually changes from elongated to nearly polygonal,while the yield strength and tensile strength generally show an upward trend.Lowering the finishing rolling temperature is beneficial to the refinement of ferrite grains.Considering the matching of strength and plasticity,control of banded structure,hot-rolled strip shape,and industrial produc-tion stability,a finishing rolling temperature of 880℃and a coiling temperature of 560℃were de-termined as the optimal hot rolling process for this steel grade.This study can provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the optimization of industrial production processes for 610 MPa grade series automotive frame steels.
