针对轧机自动厚度控制(AGC)油缸控制精度开展研究,从AGC油缸本体特性、离线性能、在线精度三大维度制定量化测试与评价指标,详述各环节测试方法、数据接入提取流程及算法实现方式,设计百分制多指标评价体系,开展精度评价与监控,构建全流程可量化的监控评价模型,为系统参数优化与故障预警提供量化依据,也为轧钢生产智能化与预测性维护提供技术支撑,助力提升带钢质量,降低设备故障停机率.

A study was carried out on the control accuracy of the automatic gauge control(AGC)cylinder in rolling mills.Quantitative test and evaluation indicators were established from three dimensions,namely the inherent characteristics of the AGC cylinder,offline performance,and online accuracy.The test methods,data acquisition and extraction procedures,and algorithm implementation for each link were described in detail.A hundred-mark multi-indicator evaluation system was designed to perform accuracy evaluation and monitoring,and a quantifiable monitoring and evaluation model for the entire process was constructed.This provides a quantitative basis for system parameter optimization and fault early warning,and also offers technical support for intelli-gent steel rolling production and predictive maintenance,helping to improve strip quality and re-duce equipment failure and downtime rates.
