棒材线加热炉设备模块化改造实践OA
Practice of Modular Modification of Heating Furnace Equipment in the Bar Rolling Line
针对棒材线加热炉上料效率低、炉底框架长期服役变形导致支撑轮受力不均、频繁断轴及缓冲挡板撞头更换困难等问题,实施系统性模块化改造.通过对上料台架进行自动化升级,融合接近开关与红外测距仪实现自动步进上料;采用模块化加固方案,新增4组炉底支撑运动轮,将单轮承重由4.625×10⁶ N降至3.08×10⁶ N,设备故障率下降72%;优化缓冲挡板撞头连接结构,以双燕尾装配替代传统螺栓连接,显著提升拆装效率.改造后,加热炉上料实现全流程自动化,消除了炉底重大设备隐患,保障了产线连续稳定运行,为同类老旧加热炉升级提供了可复制的实践经验.
To address the problems of low charging efficiency of the heating furnace in the bar rolling line,uneven load on the support wheels caused by long-term service deformation of the fur-nace bottom frame,frequent shaft breakage,and difficulty in replacing the buffer stop impact heads,a systematic modular modification was implemented.Through the automation upgrade of the charging table,proximity switches and infrared rangefinders were integrated to realize automatic stepping charging.A modular reinforcement scheme was adopted,with four additional sets of fur-nace bottom support moving wheels added,reducing the load per wheel from 4.625×10⁶ N to 3.08×10 ⁶ N,and decreasing the equipment failure rate by 72%.The connection structure of the buffer stop impact head was optimized by replacing the traditional bolted connection with a double-dovetail assembly,significantly improving the disassembly and assembly efficiency.After the modifi-cation,the heating furnace charging achieved full-process automation,eliminating major equip-ment hazards at the furnace bottom,ensuring continuous and stable operation of the production line,and providing replicable practical experience for the upgrade of similar old heating furnaces.
