针对马钢特钢GCr15轴承钢220 mm×220 mm断面小方坯连铸生产中出现的表面纵向渣沟缺陷问题,通过系统开展工业试验,研究了结晶器正弦振动参数(振频与振幅)的优化措施.试验采用正交设计法,分析了不同参数组合对铸坯表面质量的影响.结果表明,将振频由161 min-1降低至149 min-1、振幅优化为6.7 mm,可有效延长负滑脱时间,形成浅而均匀的振痕,从而显著改善弯月面区域保护渣的润滑与传热均匀性,促进保护渣消耗,抑制渣圈形成及其对初生坯壳的挤压作用.该优化方案实施后,铸坯表面渣沟缺陷得到根本性控制,保障了轴承钢的稳定批量生产,表面合格率由73.2%大幅提升至97.5%,漏钢率由13.0%降至0,有效解决了生产难题,也为高碳钢连铸工艺的振动参数设定提供了实践依据.

To address the problem of surface longitudinal slag streak defects occurring in the continuous casting production of GCr15 bearing steel with a 220 mm×220 mm billet section at Mas-teel Special Steel,systematic industrial trials were carried out to study the optimization measures of the mold sinusoidal oscillation parameters(frequency and amplitude).The orthogonal design method was adopted in the trials to analyze the effects of different parameter combinations on the casting surface quality.The results show that reducing the oscillation frequency from 161 min-1 to 149 min-1 and optimizing the amplitude to 6.7 mm can effectively extend the negative strip time and form shallow and uniform oscillation marks,thereby significantly improving the lubrication and heat transfer uniformity of the mold flux in the meniscus region,promoting flux consumption,and inhibit-ing the formation of slag rings and their extrusion on the initial shell.After the implementation of this optimization scheme,the surface slag streak defects of the casting were fundamentally controlled,ensuring the stable mass production of bearing steel.The surface qualification rate was significantly increased from 73.2%to 97.5%,and the breakout rate was reduced from 13.0%to 0,effectively solving the production problem and providing a practical basis for the setting of oscillation param-eters in high-carbon steel continuous casting processes.
