锅炉磨煤机分离器及其控制系统改造OA
Modification of Boiler Coal Mill Separator and Its Control System
针对某钢厂自备电厂锅炉磨煤制粉系统静态分离器调节精度低、无法实现在线调整及故障率高的问题,实施了磨煤机动态分离器改造,并对控制系统与网络架构进行了优化设计.通过DCS系统软硬件改造,实现了磨煤机分离器电机的远程变频调速及煤粉细度的高效调控.运行结果表明,该改造方案显著提升了制粉系统的经济性与环保性,对降低发电成本、促进企业可持续发展具有重要参考价值,也可为其他电厂同类改造提供借鉴.
To address the problems of low adjustment precision,inability to perform online ad-justment,and high failure rate of the static separator in the coal pulverizing system of a boiler in a steel plant's captive power plant,a modification of the dynamic separator for the coal mill was imple-mented,and the control system and network architecture were optimized.Through the hardware and software modification of the DCS system,remote variable-frequency speed regulation of the separa-tor motor and efficient control of pulverized coal fineness were realized.The operation results show that the modification scheme significantly improves the economy and environmental friendliness of the pulverizing system,which provides important reference value for reducing power generation costs and promoting sustainable development of the enterprise,and can also be used as a reference for similar modifications in other power plants.
