多模态理解与生成统一模型在影视制作中的应用研究OA
Application of unified multimodal understanding and generation models in film and television production
多模态理解与生成统一模型是指采用单一模型结构,能够理解文本、图像、音频、视频等多种形式数据中的语义信息,并在此基础上完成理解与生成任务的人工智能(AI)模型,其核心原理在于跨模态语义信息的对齐与整合.近年来,随着大规模预训练方法、大语言模型(LLM)与扩散模型(Diffusion Model)的发展,多模态理解与生成统一模型的性能取得较大提升,并在影视行业中展现出一定的应用前景.基于上述现状,本文对多模态理解与生成统一模型在影视制作领域的应用进行研究,介绍此类模型的核心原理与数据集,结合影视制作流程梳理代表性工作,并分析其在应用中面临的技术挑战与伦理问题.研究表明,此类模型可作为生产工具,提升影视内容制作的效率,也能作为未来影视工业化研究的基础.
Unified multimodal understanding and generation models employ a single model architecture to comprehend se-mantic information across multiple modalities such as text,images,audio,and video,which can perform both understand-ing and generation tasks.Their core principles lie in the alignment and integration of cross-modal semantic information.In recent years,with the development of large-scale pre-training methods,large language models,and diffusion models,the performance of unified multimodal understanding and generation models has improved significantly,demonstrating promis-ing application potential in the film and television industry.Based on this context,this paper provides a comprehensive re-view of unified multimodal understanding and generation models used in film and television production.We introduce the core principles and dataset construction efforts of these models,survey representative works along the film and television production pipeline,and analyze the technical challenges and ethical issues faced in their practical applications.Research suggests that such models can serve as production tools to improve the efficiency of film and television content creation,and also serve as a foundation for future research on the industrialization of film and television.
