巩乃斯河流域土地利用类型多样,河流水质易受人为影响,氮素污染问题突出.以该流域为研究对象,分析河流水体氮素时空分布、流域土地利用类型结构及其对河流氮素的影响.研究表明:巩乃斯河流域春季干流氮素指标浓度整体呈下游>中游>上游,支流除NH4+-N外其他氮素浓度中游最高;秋季干流上游PN浓度最高,支流中游PN浓度最高,其他指标干流和支流均呈下游>中游>上游的变化趋势.氮素浓度季节性变化明显,春季高于秋季,且不同河段氮素浓度存在显著性季节差异.5 km河岸缓冲区土地利用参数对河流氮素贡献率较大,河流氮素浓度整体与农田、建设用地面积占比呈显著正相关,与冰川积雪地、荒漠、草地面积占比呈显著负相关.巩乃斯河流域土地利用指数与水质在多时空尺度定量研究的相关结论能够为该流域水质的精准管控与生态保护提供科学依据,对实际水环境治理具有指导意义.

The land use types of Gongnaisi River Basin are diverse,whereby river water quality is susceptible to anthropogenic impacts,and the problem of nitrogen pollution has been prominent.Taking the basin as the research object,the spatio-temporal distribution of nitrogen in river water,the structure of land use type in the basin and its influence on river nitrogen were analyzed.The results showed that the nitrogen concentrations in the mainstream of the Gongnaisi River Basin in spring were generally in the order of downstream>midstream>upstream,while the concentrations of all nitrogen forms except for NH4+-N reached the peak in the midstream for the tributaries.In autumn,the PN concentration was the highest in the upper reaches of the mainstream,while that in the tributaries peaked in the midstream,with other indicators of the mainstream and tributaries showing a trend of downstream>midstream>upstream.Nitrogen concentrations showed significant seasonal variations,with higher levels in spring than in autumn,and significant seasonal differences were observed in nitrogen concentrations across different river reaches.Land use parameters within the 5 km riparian buffer zone exhibited a higher contribution rate to river nitrogen levels.The overall nitrogen concentration in the river was significantly positively correlated with the proportions of farmland and construction land,yet significantly negatively correlated with those of glacial snow,desert and grassland.The conclusions from the quantitative study on land use indices and water quality at multiple spatiotemporal scales in the Gongnaisi River Basin can provide a scientific basis for the precise regulation and ecological protection of water quality in this basin,and offer guiding significance for practical water environment governance.
