Zero input current ripple high gain DC-DC converter with three winding
针对目前高增益DC-DC变换器存在的增益不足、输入电流纹波大、开关管应力较大,以及在宽输入范围应用中难以兼顾高电压增益与低电压应力等问题,以二次级联Boost电路的拓扑为基础,结合三绕组耦合电感、开关电容、无源钳位结构及电流纹波抵消技术,提出一种零输入电流纹波三绕组耦合电感高增益DC-DC变换器.文中详细分析了该变换器在连续电流模式(CCM)下的工作原理及稳态性能.与同类变换器相比,所提变换器具有更低的输入电流纹波、更高的电压增益以及更小的开关电压应力.最后搭建1台输入电压为23 V、输出电压为400 V、功率为160 W的实验样机,验证了该变换器的可行性.
In allusion to the problems of insufficient gain,large input current ripple,high switch stress,and difficulty in achieving both high voltage gain and low voltage stress over a wide input range in existing high-gain DC-DC converters,a high-gain DC-DC converter based on the topology structure secondary cascaded Boost circuit is proposed,which combined with the three winding coupled inductor,switched capacitor,passive clamp circuit,and input current ripple cancellation technique.The operating principle and steady-state performance of converter under continuous conduction mode(CCM)were analyzed in detail.In comparison with similar converters,the proposed converter has lower input current ripple,higher voltage gain,and lower switching voltage stress.A prototype with an input voltage of 23 V,output voltage of 400 V,and power of 160 W was built to verify the feasibility of the converter.
