感知相似度是人工智能图像处理领域的重要分支,也是有效识别甲状腺细胞的重要措施之一.为解决甲状腺细胞图像样本少、模型训练不充分造成的甲状腺癌诊断准确率低的问题,提出一种基于感知相似度的甲状腺细胞图像识别方法.通过图像形态学处理,消除甲状腺细胞图像中的噪声信息,并加强了对核心区域的检测灵敏度.通过正常样本影像相似度感知,排除甲状腺癌,并通过疾病样本相似度感知,识别甲状腺癌类型.在某城市三甲医院进行验证,乳头状癌、滤泡状癌、髓样癌、未分化癌4类甲状腺癌的平均识别准确率为99.7%,证明所提出的方法能有效提升甲状腺细胞图像识别准确率.

Perceptual similarity is an important branch of artificial intelligence image processing and one of the important meas-ures for effectively recognizing thyroid cells.To address the problem of low diagnostic accuracy of thyroid cancer caused by the scarcity of thyroid cell image samples and insufficient model training,a thyroid cell image recognition method based on percep-tual similarity is proposed.Through image morphology processing,noise information in thyroid cell images is eliminated,and the detection sensitivity of the core region is enhanced.By perceiving the similarity of normal sample images,thyroid cancer is excluded,and by perceiving the similarity of disease samples,thyroid cancer types are recognized.The average recognition ac-curacy of 4 types of thyroid cancer,including papillary cancer,follicular cancer,medullary cancer and undifferentiated cancer is verfied in a tertiary hospital in a certain city which is 99.7%.It's proved that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of thyroid cell image recognition.
