In order to reduce the negative impact of flash loads on the accuracy of prediction models,a privacy-preserving data aggregation model based on homomorphic encryption and blockchain technology is proposed.The proposed model ensures the security of the data aggregation process,and has a relatively low computational cost.The proposed model is more effective in detecting the smart meter operations compared to the traditional methods.Compared with traditional methods,the proposed model has improved the performance of detecting the operation of smart meters by 80%,reduced the computational cost by 20%to 80%compared with existing technologies,and achieved significant improvements in performance and privacy protec-tion.
