赤泥基全固废胶凝材料的组成设计与生命周期评价OA
Composition Design and Lifecycle Assessment of Red Mud-based Solid Waste Cementitious Materials
[目的]在城市化进程加速和工业化规模扩大的背景下,水泥作为主要建筑材料的需求不断增加.然而,其生产过程高能耗、高污染,对环境造成巨大负担.固废基胶凝材料作为一种可行替代方案,不仅能减少对水泥的需求,还能通过废弃物的资源化利用,减少环境污染.[方法]基于此背景,本研究提出利用赤泥、钢渣、粉煤灰和磷石膏等工业固废,制备不同配比的赤泥基胶凝材料,并进行抗压强度分析.同时,通过 SimaPro软件对水泥和赤泥基胶凝材料的生命周期进行评价.[结果]结果显示,赤泥基四元胶凝材料具有优异的抗压强度,并在各个环境影响类型上均表现优于传统水泥,环境影响减少了12%.综上所述,本研究不仅为环保型建筑材料的研发提供了理论支持,也为推动环保胶凝材料的应用提供了科学依据.
[Purposes]Amidst the backdrop of accelerated urbanization and expanded industrializa-tion,the demand for cement as a primary building material continues its upward trajectory.However,the production process of cement,characterized by its high energy consumption and pollution,impos-es a significant burden on the environment.Solid waste-based cementitious materials emerge as a via-ble alternative,promising not only to alleviate the demand for cement,but also to mitigate environ-mental pollution through the resource utilization of waste materials.[Methods]In this context,the utilization of industrial solid wastes such as red mud,steel slag,fly ash,and phosphogypsum was pro-posed to craft red mud-based cementitious materials with varying compositions,followed by in-depth analyses of compressive strengths.Concurrently,the lifecycle assessments of both cement and red mud-based cementitious materials were conducted by leveraging SimaPro software.[Results]The findings reveal that quaternary cementitious materials based on red mud exhibit remarkable compres-sive strength and surpass traditional cement across diverse environmental impact categories,resulting in a 12%reduction in environmental burdens.In conclusion,this study offers both theoretical founda-tions for the development of environmentally friendly building materials and empirical evidence to pro-mote the application of eco-friendly cementitious materials.
