基于主动推理的拟态云服务多余度裁决在线自适应优化算法OA
Online adaptive optimization algorithm for redundancy adjudication in mimic cloud services based on active inference
针对拟态云服务中多余度裁决参数配置难以适应动态环境,且安全收益、服务时延与恢复效能难以协同优化的问题,提出一种基于主动推理的在线自适应优化(AIOAO)算法.首先,面向拟态云服务,建立裁决参数与安全收益、服务时延及恢复效能之间的量化映射模型,将裁决参数配置问题形式化为动态不确定环境下的多目标在线优化问题;其次,提出AIOAO算法,引入主动推理机制实现裁决参数在线自适应更新.实验表明,AIOAO算法能够根据系统状态变化动态调整裁决参数,在服务时延可控的前提下提升安全收益与恢复效能.
To address the problem that redundancy adjudication parameter configuration in mimic cloud services is diffi-cult to adapt to dynamic environments,and that security gain,service latency,and recovery effectiveness are difficult to optimize jointly,an active inference-based online adaptive optimization(AIOAO)algorithm was proposed.Firstly,for mimic cloud services,a quantitative mapping model between adjudication parameters and security gain,service latency,and recovery effectiveness was established,and the adjudication parameter configuration was formulated as a multi-objective online optimization problem in a dynamic and uncertain environment.Secondly,the AIOAO algorithm was pro-posed,in which an active inference mechanism was introduced to adaptively update adjudication parameters online.Ex-perimental results show that the AIOAO algorithm can dynamically adjust adjudication parameters according to system state changes,and improve security gain and recovery effectiveness while keeping service latency under control.
