Digital and intelligent transformation of steel industry during 15th Five-Year Plan period
随着制造业数智化转型和制造强国战略任务的推进,数智化转型成为"十五五"时期钢铁产业提升竞争能力和实现高质量发展的关键."十四五"时期,我国钢铁产业积极进行数智化转型创新实践并取得积极成效,如产业数智化水平实现整体跃升、钢铁智能工厂建设成效显著、"人工智能+"深度赋能推进质效变革、龙头企业引领全产业链数智化转型等.当前,钢铁产业数智化转型仍面临智能制造基础有待夯实、数据孤岛现象严重、产业链数智化转型不协调以及数智化复合型人才缺乏等问题."十五五"时期,我国钢铁产业在国家战略需求与加快发展新质生产力、数智化转型政策支持力度持续加大、数字技术与绿色技术耦合发展以及优秀实践经验等协同作用下,将积蓄起数智化转型的深厚力量.据此,提出筑牢智能制造基础、着力破除数据壁垒、推进全产业链数智化、一体推进数智化教育科技人才发展等对策建议,旨在为"十五五"时期钢铁产业数智化转型提供借鉴.
With the advancement of the digital and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry and the implementation of the strategy to boost China's strength in manufacturing,digital and intelligent transformation has become the key for the steel industry to enhance its competitiveness and achieve high-quality development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China's steel industry actively carried out innovation activities in digital and intelligent transformation and achieved positive results,such as a significant overall improvement in the digital and intelligent level of the industry,the notable effectiveness of the construction of intelligent steel factories,the deep integration of"artificial intelligence+"to enhance quality and efficiency,and leading enterprises driving the digital and intelligent transformation of the entire industrial chain.Currently,the digital and intelligent transformation of the steel industry faces problems and difficulties,including the need to further solidify the foundation of intelligent manufacturing,severe data silos,insufficient coordination in the digital and intelligent transformation of the industrial chain,and the shortage of talents with digital and intelligent expertise,etc.During the 15th Five-Year Plan period,under the combined effects of national strategic demands,the accelerated development of New Quality Productive Forces,increasing policy support for digital and intelligent transformation,the coupled development of digital and green technologies,and the excellent practical experience,China's steel industry will build up substantial momentum for digital and intelligent transformation.Based on this analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,including consolidating the foundation of intelligent manufacturing,focusing on breaking down data barriers,advancing the digital and intelligent transformation of the entire industrial chain,and promoting the integrated development of digital and intelligent education,science and technology,and talents,so as to promote the digital and intelligent transformation of the steel industry during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
