In the context of accelerated evolution of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,New Quality Productive Forces,as a concentrated embodiment of advanced productive forces,urgently call for adaptive changes in the relations of production.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out the need to"accelerate the formation of relations of production that are more compatible with New Quality Productive Forces",providing fundamental guidance and practical directions for building new type of relations of production and promoting high-quality economic development.In this process,it is essential to unswervingly adhere to the basic principles of ensuring the Party's overall leadership over economic work as the fundamental guarantee,upholding a people-centered philosophy of development,and adapting to the development of New Quality Productive Forces as the practical orientation.Starting from the theoretical and logical framework of political economy,the focus should be on the four key links of social reproduction,namely,production,distribution,exchange,and consumption,to systematically build new type of relations of production that align with the development of New Quality Productive Forces.This includes improving factor allocation through new forms of ownership,promoting rational value distribution through new distribution methods,empowering the flow of factors through new exchange methods,and stimulating the momentum of productive forces through new consumption patterns.Based on considerations of both basic principles and theoretical logic,comprehensive deepening of reform should be used as a driving force,with targeted efforts and coordinated advancement.By building a high-standard socialist market economy,improving systems and mechanisms for high-quality economic development,fostering systems and mechanisms that support comprehensive innovation,and perfecting high-standard opening-up systems and mechanisms,the formation of new type of relations of production can be advanced to realize high-quality economic development.
